These GTC apply to all sales of products offered on shopcalyr.com to consumers and non-professional buyers. They outline the rights and obligations of both Calyr Design™ and the customer regarding the ordering process, payment, delivery, returns, and dispute resolution.
Products offered on shopcalyr.com are described with the utmost accuracy. Images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractual. Calyr Design™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. In case of unavailability after an order is placed, the customer will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternative product.
To place an order:
Select products and add them to your cart on shopcalyr.com.
Proceed to checkout, provide accurate delivery and billing information, and select a payment method.
Review and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Calyr Design™. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.
Prices are displayed in [currency, e.g., EUR] on shopcalyr.com and include all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, if applicable) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are indicated during checkout. Calyr Design™ reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price displayed at the time of order confirmation applies.
We accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely, and full payment is required at the time of order. In case of payment issues, Calyr Design™ may suspend or cancel the order.
Delivery Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on the destination. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
Tracking: A tracking number is provided via a shipping confirmation email. Track your order in the "Track My Order" section on our website.
Delivery Issues: If items are missing (e.g., due to separate shipments from multiple warehouses) or damaged, contact us at contact.calyr@gmail.com with details and, if applicable, photos of damaged items. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Calyr Design™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.
In accordance with French and EU consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason. To do so, notify us at contact.calyr@gmail.com with your order details. Return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification to:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds, including the original product cost (excluding shipping fees), will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines).
Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Gift cards or downloadable software.
Customized or personalized products.
Return Policy: Beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email contact.calyr@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase. Return items to:

Non-returnable items:
Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software, or certain health and personal care products.
Sale items (non-refundable).
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the refund. For late or missing refunds, check your bank account, contact your bank or card issuer, then email us at contact.calyr@gmail.com.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for:
Books with obvious signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes, or vinyl records.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges: We replace defective or damaged items with the same product, subject to availability. Email contact.calyr@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Gift Returns: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value, mailed as a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us at contact.calyr@gmail.com within 2 years of delivery to request a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to legal conditions.
Calyr Design™ strives to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and website functionality but is not liable for:
Errors in product descriptions or images (non-contractual).
Delays or issues caused by third-party carriers or customs.
Direct or indirect damages resulting from website use or product defects, except as required by law.
All content on shopcalyr.com (e.g., texts, images, logos) is the property of Calyr Design™ or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Personal data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, refer to our Legal Notices or contact us at contact.calyr@gmail.com.
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Calyr Design™ at contact.calyr@gmail.com for an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Annecy, France, unless otherwise required by law.
