What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at contact.calyr@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines).
Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software, or certain health and personal care products.
Sale/Clearance items (non-refundable).
How do I request a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For issues with late or missing refunds:

When are partial refunds granted?
Partial refunds may apply for:
Books with obvious signs of use.

Can I exchange an item?

What if I return a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver received it first, we’ll refund the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Some items are missing from my order. What should I do?
Items from different warehouses may ship separately, resulting in multiple deliveries. If items are still missing, contact us at contact.calyr@gmail.com for prompt resolution.
I received a damaged item. How can I resolve this?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please send a photo of the damaged item to contact.calyr@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What’s causing the delay?
